Here are a few resources that give an overview of fair use doctrine that can be accessed from home online - something good to keep in mind if you're getting creative with media while you're home over the next few weeks. While we are closed, I will also be periodically posting on Twitter with some specific recommended books and resources, so follow @uhslibrary or #uhsllearningops to see those posts.

Finding Content You Can Remix
Creative Commons Search helps find content posted online with a Creative Commons license, which is an opt-in copyright option that creators and artists can use to allow others to use their work without seeking additional permission.
On a Google Images search, choose Tools, then change the Usage Rights option to locate images that have been labeled for reuse. Double check at the original website to make sure it really was labelled as okay to reuse!
