This year's Mass School Library Association's Annual Bookmark Contest is taking submissions! The theme this year is "Look what I discovered at my school library!"
Traditional and digital art entries are both accepted. The 1st place prize winner receives: 50 bookmarks of their design for themselves and 200 for their school, an enlargement of their design, a bookstore gift certificate, a certificate signed by the contest judges, a commendation from a legislator, an invitation to an awards ceremony at the State House, and a State House tour.
All entries should be submitted to Ms. Charpentier by Wednesday, January 28. As a school, we can only submit one for the contest, so if we receive multiple entries, we will hold an extra Book Club meeting to select a UHS entry on Thursday, January 29.
